Delivery Timeframes

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): Orders delivered within the UAE typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • GCC Countries: We also deliver across the GCC region. Delivery timelines for GCC orders are typically up to 5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

While we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to courier operations, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • Tracking details (where applicable)
  • Courier information

Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to complete delivery:

  • Additional delivery attempts may be made
  • You may be contacted via phone or email
  • Delays caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts may affect delivery timeline

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in rescheduling or additional charges imposed by the courier, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue

All cases will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

  • Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional charges incurred for re-delivery
